Service Description
A therapeutic massage will gently manipulate the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. It is a holistic approach to healthcare that has been practiced for thousands of years in various cultures around the world. This neck, back and shoulder massage will start with you a neck and shoulder massage, using some stretches to and techniques to encourage the muscles to relax and for blood circulation to be stimulated giving the body a calm sense of well-being. The massage will finish with a relaxing back massage. I use a calming wax balm with a subtle relaxing smell.
